Starbucks...

I don't know why, but I feel like trying an english post today...

I went to Starbucks this morning to pick up my Vivanno - Orange Mango Banana blend... love it by the way! Huge line up this morning... I end up waiting forever for them to prepare my drink, time during which I witness this - someone had ordered one of these new breakfast sandwiches but they heated up the wrong one... Barista appologises gets someone to prepare the correct one, client takes it and leaves... There's an unwanted breakfast sandwich left on the counter... The barista calls out that whoever wants it is welcome to take it... Nobody does...
I'm ashamed to say I took it... I was hungry and it smelled yummy - of course I knew it was definately not points friendly, but how could I resist free food?!!!
Ends up it was 8 points!!! ugh... I had eaten 3/4 of it by the time I found out... More than half my points are gone :( It wouldn't be so bad if I didn't already have most of my flex points for the week already... oh well...

It is hard to resist free food, especially when you're hungry. Good for you for counting it and moving on. How about a 20 minute run later today to earn some AP to undo some of the damage?

Thanks for your encouraging comments on my blog. Veggies are an answer but I guess I want to stop the habit altogether.

Ha! C'est vrai - je pourrais faire de l'exercice!! Merci!! It's silly, but I didn't even think of that!! duh :)

I understand how you would want to break the habit though... it's tough... hmmm... I guess it's just a matter of really planning out meals and snacks then... La planification c'est pas mon point fort:) Bonne Chance! :)

Free food is one of my biggest downfalls - I can never say no. I would've taken it too!!

I agree with just adding in a run today - 60 min of high intenstiy will earn you those 8 pts back!

P.S. Loved the English post since I could actually understand everything you wrote!
